Enter one month of your Swiggy or Zomato numbers to see what actually reaches your bank after commission, GST on the platform's fees, the discounts you fund and your ad spend, and whether that is inside the 55 to 62% a healthy delivery channel keeps.

₹1,82,740 of ₹3,15,000 reaches your bank. A healthy delivery channel keeps 55 to 62%.
| Food sales + packaging | ₹3,15,000 |
| Discounts you funded | − ₹30,000 |
| Commission (20% of ₹2,85,000) | − ₹57,000 |
| 18% GST on commission and fees | − ₹10,260 |
| Ad spend | − ₹35,000 |
| Take-home | ₹1,82,740 |
The commission base follows Zomato's rule (item total plus packaging, minus the discounts you fund); check your Swiggy statement for its exact base. Leaves out the GST your customers pay, which is passed through, and tax deducted or collected at source. An estimate, not a statement.
Worked example: ₹3,00,000 of food sales and ₹15,000 of packaging, with ₹30,000 of discounts you funded, gives a commissionable value of ₹2,85,000. At 20% commission that is ₹57,000, plus ₹10,260 of GST on it. Add ₹35,000 of ads and the take-home is ₹1,82,740, or 58.0% of ₹3,15,000.

Zomato charges its service fee as a percentage of the commissionable value: your item total, plus packaging, minus the discounts you fund yourself, before the GST the customer pays. 18% GST is then charged on that fee.
